    Developing a WCF Service Library and Hosting it as WCF Web Service Using Visual Studio 2008 Beta

    Make sure that it does not explain you in developing a direct WCF Web Service.  Instead, it shows you the step by step process in creating a "Web Service Library" and then converting the "Web Service Library" to "WCF Web Service" (by hosting in IIS).  Finally, a small client to consume the "WCF Web Service"
